to develop and deliver an online application, one that is part
of a long-term, comprehensive online product strategy giving Lominger

via the web. Lominger is the creator of the LEADERSHIP
ARCHITECT® Series--an integrated set of products that give
executives, managers, and human resource professionals the tools
to put research and best practices into action.

CO Westcar Consulting Group, Inc. entered into two new services
agreements with Qwest
Communications, formerly US
West DEX of Denver CO to
provide technology consulting services, including client-server
and Internet application development.
Savannah,
GA Westcar Consulting Group, Inc. has entered into a long-term
lease with Enterprise Properties for new office facilities in the
historic Cluskey
Building in Savannah GA. This will provide a 300% increase
in space over current facilities and will provide the necessary
facilities for Westcar's growth over the next three to five years.

intranet-based system for Premier Healthcare of San Diego, California.
Westcar is involved in planning, design, and deployment phases
and will provide host services and support to Premier for this
application.
Boston,
MA Westcar Consulting Group, Inc. has joined Allaire (now Macromedia) as an Alliance
Partner. This affilliation will enable Westcar to offer Cold Fusion
as a
technology solution to its customers. The alliance ensures that
Westcar is a capable and certified Cold Fusion integrator and will
provide Westcar with the necessary tools to successfully develop
and deploy Cold Fusion applications.

on an internet-based system for Sun Microsystems of Northern California.
The system will be used by over 10,000 Sun staffers and management.
Westcar will be involved from design to deployment and will host
this application
for Sun
after
completion.

on an internet-based application for Nokia Communications located
in Espoo, Finland. This application will be accessed by over 7,000
of Nokia's personnel worldwide.
